Red Dream (for Gunnar Ekelöf), part of the 150th anniversary of the Swedish Palace in Istanbul
This year marks the 150th anniversary of the Swedish Palace in Istanbul. We are celebrating throughout the year, but especially on September 22, 23 and 24 when the entire Palace will be turned into a sound and light installation entitled Red Dream (for Gunnar Ekelöf). The installation has been developed by the Swedish visual artist and composer Carl Michael von Hausswolff and will be performed in collaboration with the Turkish visual and sonic artist Cevdet Erek. The event will be for invited guests only, however the entire performance will be live streamed from 19:30-21:20 (+3 GMT) on 22 September and each night the public will be able to see and hear Red Dream (For Gunnar Ekelöf) from Istiklal Avenue.
